A Quick History of Christensens Fencing
Christensen’s Fencing is a family owned and operated company that has been in the local area for over 40 yrs.
The business was first started in Sydney in the 1950’s by Jim and Mavis Christensen. It was taken over by their son in the 1960’s, and in 1975 they moved their business to Narooma NSW.
In 2006 the business was passed on to the next generation and now is in the capable hands of Lisa and Greg.
Greg and Lisa have been running the company for over 5 years, with the help of the wonderful staff they employ. Paul and Steve have been in the industry for over twenty years, Scott is the newest memeber of the team, he has been with us since 2009.
Not only do we install quality fencing, we also supply fencing materials and gates for those of you who wish to install it yourself.

Christensen’s Fencing, understands the importance of customer satisfaction. Systems are in place to check work standards,ensuring customers are happy with completed work. We are committed to this,making sure our fences and retaining walls are constructed within relevant government regulations and standards. Our staff and contractors are fully trained and qualified to undertake work and are supervised appropriately.

We are licensed fencing contractors with over 80 years combined experience we have comprehensive insurances and our staff have had working with children check (police check)

Christensen’s Fencing have established and implemented systems that provide for the health and safety of all persons in the company, ensuring that our OHS policy and safety procedures are effectively implemented by all workers including sub-contractors and hold them accountable for their specific responsibilities.
We will take all practical measures to ensure that we: assess risks and plan work activities to eliminate or control foreseeable hazards or risks comply with relevant OH&S the workplace/work site is safe and without risks to health; equipment used is maintained, in good repair and safe to use by suitably trained people; the behaviour of all people in the company is safe and without risk to health of themselves or others.
Our Involvement with the community over the years we have been proud to be associated with local sporting teams, school students and community groups, either by sponsorship or donating goods or services, we like to give back to our local community.
